A corporation operating under the laws of the State of Texas, Emerald Forest HOA was established in 1978 in conjunction with the initial development plans for single-family residential homes to ensure consistent, quality construction and to provide for neighborhood integrity and carefully maintained appearance throughout the subdivision.
The HOA is the cornerstone of the single-family neighborhood of Emerald Forest. It maintains continuity and stability in the community, preserves architectural integrity, and is responsible for maintaining common areas, green space and assets within the subdivision.
The HOA promotes a concept of community and protects the neighborhood’s property values by educating and encouraging compliance with the Covenants and Deed Restrictions every homeowner agreed to when they purchased their home in Emerald Forest.
An elected board of directors enforces those Covenants and Deed Restrictions on behalf of all Emerald Forest homeowners and works to provide members the opportunity to participate in the growth, care and development of their neighborhood. The board also serves as the voice of the subdivision as it represents issues and concerns of homeowners before the City of College Station and other political subdivisions.
